has taught us about a 'gratitude journal', where you write down 5 things
you are grateful for each day. It could be as simple as 'I am grateful
for my breath'. She notes that it was the single most important thing
that she has ever done. Oprah shares that "when you allow yourself to
feel gratitude, the spiritual dimension of your life expands and you
grow with it. If you want to change your state of being, start to be
