I purchased the ashes for some ladies in a nursing home, to whom I lead a Bible Study. They came in a reusable bag and were of high quality. They arrived in a timely manner, as well.
I used my log in, but it failed 3Xs. It was the correct email address and password. I'll sort it out another time. I was in a panic for palm ashes before Ash Wednesday and the wonderful folks at Catholic Supply of St. Louis, Inc. saved me from a red, ashless face! Customer Service was just outstanding. But, I've always found that to be the case through the years.
Although there was a delay in the shipping Catholic Supply of St. Louis made it right ('over-nighting' the order). The Palm Ash arrived in time for Ash Wednesday. The product was of the highest quality
