    Beautiful nativity worth waiting for!

    I wanted this particular nativity because the wise men are riding non-traditional animals. After studying the history and customs of the time, I learned camels were used mainly as pack animals. These learned men would more likely have ridden an elephant or horse, which was probably given to them as a gift from an important ruler. The details of this set are absolutely perfect!
