We placed a large order as our organization likes to give these out as gifts. I received a call from customer service a little while after placing the order because the gift boxes that the crucifixes come in (they are shipped from Italy) were slightly damaged. They wanted to let us know before shipping them out. They worked with us, and were very professional and courteous in doing so. We were worried we wouldn't be able to get them due to supply issues, but we received them within a week, and they are lovely! We will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Bought this crucifix as a wedding gift and was so impressed with its beauty. It is weighty, really good quality, and a great way to pay tribute to JPII in your home. The crucifix arrived even faster than expected, and I was amazed by the extent that this company went to package it securely with many layers of wrapping to ensure no damage. Definitely 5 stars.

It is beautiful and well-made. It’s a gift to a seminarian. I pray he finds as much inspiration in it, as I do in mine.
