COMMON ASH & PALM QUESTIONS & ANSWERS


PALM ASH DELIVERY:

All ash orders will ship 2-3 weeks prior to Ash Wednesday (or within 2 business days of receipt of order). If you selected regular shipping, the ash will ship via US Mail, and is therefore not track-able. It will come packaged in a brown cardboard 6"x8" envelope with a sticker indicating PALM ASH ENCLOSED. If you wish to change your order to include tracking, please call our Church Goods Department at 1-800-325-9026 and request Priority Mail. There is an additional $10.00 charge for Priority Mail.

PALM DELIVERY:


1) WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PALM ORDER?

If you selected regular shipping, you should expect to receive your order the week prior to Palm Sunday. This time frame may range between 1-12 days prior to Palm Sunday depending on delivery to your area. If you have not received your order by March 20, 2024 (or April 24th for Orthodox Palm Sunday orders), please call our Church Goods Department at 1-800-325-9026 for tracking.

If you need your order earlier or by a specific date, it will need to be shipped via expedited shipping. Additional rates will apply. Please call our Church Goods Department at 1-800-325-9026 for assistance.

2) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand these are uncertain times, however the absolute last day we can cancel your order with our grower is March 1, 2024. Since this is a perishable product being harvested for your order, all palm sales are final as of March 1, 2024.

3) I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING

It is not uncommon for packages to get separated on the delivery trucks. Large orders with multiple boxes often arrive on different days. Please check your order to see how much is missing. If it is clearly another box worth of items, it will likely arrive the next business day. If it is a small amount, please call our Church Goods Department at 1-800-325-9026, they can assist with tracking and fulfillment.

4) I RECEIVED MY ORDER EARLIER THAN I HAD HOPED

Please see our Palm Care Instructions for the best way to store the palm before usage. The palms are freshly cut before they are shipped and should remain fresh as long as they are stored properly.

5) I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ONE OR MORE ITEMS HAVE SPOILED

New in 2024, our growers have instated a 48 Hour Replacement / Refund Policy. We can guarantee timely replacement at no extra cost of any product reported to arrive in unsatisfactory condition, as long as we are notified within 48 hours of your carrier's time stamped delivery. For replacement palm, please email a picture of all spoiled items, along with your customer name and order number to amyb710@yahoo.com.
