COMMON PALM QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Due to the current health crisis, we are now operating on a reduced staff and hours.  Here are some common questions and answers should you be unable to reach us by phone.

 

1)   WHERE IS MY PALM ORDER?

All palm orders have shipped as of March 24, 2020.  If you have not received your order by Tuesday, March 31st please email: amy@catholicsupply.com.  

 

2)   CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately no.  The deadline to cancel or change orders with our grower was March 11th.  Since palm is a perishable product that has been harvested for your order, all palm sales are final.  Parishes across the country are finding creative ways to use and distribute the palm during these difficult times.  Please see our Palm 2020 notice for suggestions.

 

3)    WILL COVID-19 EFFECT MY PALM ORDER?

All palm orders have been processed and shipped as of March 24th.  Orders received after March 24th are being processed daily.  We are hoping that you will not experience delivery delays.  If you are unable to be at the address given and are concerned about your palm delivery, please leave a note on your door for the driver to leave the package.

 

4) WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders received by March 24th, shipped out on or before the 24th. You should expect to receive your order within 1-7 days depending on your location.  If you do not receive your order by Tuesday, March 31st please email: amy@catholicsupply.com

 

5)     I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING

It is not uncommon for packages to get separated on the delivery trucks.  Large orders with multiple boxes often arrive on different days.  Please check your order to see how much is missing.  If it is clearly another box worth of items, please wait for the next business day when it will likely arrive.  If you have a small order and are clearly missing an item please email: amy@catholicsupply.com.

 

6)     I RECEIVED MY ORDER EARLIER THAN I HAD HOPED

Due to current closures and potential delivery concerns, all palm orders have shipped.  Some orders had to ship a few days earlier than normal.  Unfortunately it was necessary this year in order to guarantee delivery.  Please see our palm care instructions for the best way to store the palm before usage.

 

7)     I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ONE OR MORE OF MY ITEMS HAVE SPOILED

Please email a picture of all spoiled items to amy@catholicsupply.com.
